Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis Position reports to:\nShift LeaderYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.\nThe work model for the role is: #Li_Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Motion business for IEC Low Voltage Division based in Faridabad, India.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nEnsuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.\nRecommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.\nIdentifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.\nManaging the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.\nQualifications for the role\n7 to 12 years of experience in execution production activities for rotating field.\nFull time B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.\nProvides guidance to the teams and seeks knowledge for their own development and coaching/mentoring of the teams.\nBuilds effective, skilled, and high-performing teams.\nAccountable for the health and safety of all employees and contractors for the teams in scope, and continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes and integrity performance.\nMore about us\nThe IEC Low Voltage Division is a technology leader delivering a full range of energy-efficient low voltage motors, including ultra-efficient solutions such as IE5 SynRM (synchronous reluctance motors).
