Are you interested in logistics, transportation, and shipping coordination? Join our team as a Shipping and Logistics Clerk.\nIn this role, you will contribute to the smooth execution of logistics operations by supporting shipping, transportation, and documentation activities. You will work in a structured environment where attention to detail, organization, and teamwork are essential to ensuring efficient service to our internal and external customers while complying with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and established procedures.\nResponsibilities\nProcess picking tickets and support daily activities related to the shipment of products and parts;\nProvide administrative and operational support to the logistics team in carrying out various shipping and transportation activities;\nSelect carriers in accordance with established procedures and customer, product, and destination requirements;\nPrepare, review, and process required shipping, transportation, and customs documentation;\nDistribute relevant documentation to customers, carriers, customs agencies, and other stakeholders involved;\nUpdate computerized systems and ensure the accuracy of transaction entries and logistics data.\nQualifications\nCollege diploma (DEC) in logistics, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field;\nMinimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a similar logistics, transportation, or shipping role;\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;\nKnowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system (an asset);\nBilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken;\nGood knowledge of shipping, transportation, and customs documentation processes.\nWorking Conditions\nInternal training provided;\nTools and work equipment supplied;\nDay shift schedule, Monday to Friday;\nEmployee benefits in accordance with company policy.\nWhy ABB?\nWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
