You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.\nThe work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nWorking with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points.\nPerforming field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.\nPreparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.\nTroubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.\nQualifications for the role\nDegree or Diploma in Electrical engineering (should be full-time)\nMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and after-sales customer support for MV products (11 kV-33 kV).\nHands-on experience in erection, testing, and commissioning of MV switchgear, RMUs, circuit breakers, and protection relays.\nExperience in site issue management, fault diagnosis, and resolution of customer technical issues.\nGood verbal and written communication skills in English.\n More about us\nABB's Distribution Solutions Division facilitates the efficient and reliable distribution, protection and control of power by improving electric power quality while strengthening the resilience of the grid.
