Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.\nThe work model for the role is: Hybrid\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nMaintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work.\nFinding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them.\nDocumenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them.\nUnderstanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development.\nQualifications for the role\nYou are highly proficient in .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework for backend development, as well as JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular, and HTML/CSS for frontend development. You have strong experience with RESTful APIs, Azure DevOps, and thrive in the dynamic environment of full stack software development.\nYou are adept at using Visual Studio, Git, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud Services, and you are comfortable working with modern development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.\nYou are passionate about problem-solving, clean code principles, and mentoring junior developers. You bring innovation to team collaboration, continuous improvement, and software architecture, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.\nYou hold a Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and system integration.
