Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProduct Engineering Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite\nThis role is contributing to theElectrification Business in Apodaca.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nResponsible for ensuring rigor in determining processes requiring validation, development of plans and analysis criteria, execution and final analysis and acceptance.\nParticipate in early focus on manufacturability in NPI and/or Advanced Technology programs.\nCollaborate in process capability assessment, process layout, tooling/equipment development and QMS Design Transfer execution.\nAssist with or lead NPIs and/or transfers, serving as the program manager for a given introduction/transfer program.\nEnsures that Master Data integrity, cleansing, normalization, and quality is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems within scope of responsibility.\nQualifications for the role:\nBachelor´s Degree in Engineering.\n5+ years of experience working as a Fabrication Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, or Production Engineer within a high-volume manufacturing environment.\nSkilled in AutoCAD, CREO, SAP and Microsoft Excel. \nAdvanced English.\nPassionate about continuous improvement, problem-solving, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and driving productivity improvements through innovative manufacturing solutions.\nMore about us\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
