This position reports to: Service Team Leader__ Stage Safety & Training Coördinatie Over de functie Als stagiair Safety & Training Coördinatie bij ABB werk je binnen de Technische Serviceorganisatie aan het organiseren en verbeteren van trainingen en certificeringen voor onze service engineers. Je helpt bij het bijhouden van trainingsgegevens, het bewaken van certificaten en het plannen van opleidingen. Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om zelfstandig aan een verbeterproject te werken. Je werkt samen met verschillende collega's en draagt bij aan een overzichtelijk en efficiënt trainingsproces. Dit ga je doen Inventariseren welke Safety-trainingen, technische opleidingen en certificeringen nodig zijn voor onze engineers. Controleren en registreren van behaalde certificaten, geldigheidsdatums en ontbrekende trainingen. Opstellen en onderhouden van een centrale trainingsmatrix en het bewaken van openstaande acties.
