Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis Position reports to:\nTalent Acquisition Services Team Lead\nJob Advert\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nCreating job postings and manage its workflow administration and screening applications based on give requirements/job descriptions.\nScheduling and coordinating interviews and ensuring appropriate service delivery assistance for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.\nEnsuring execution and delivery of TA Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) and preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes.\nCapturing data related to TA into appropriate systems as necessary and recording candidate inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool).\nGuiding and assisting other team members in meeting the SLAs, who are not in reporting structure and lead process improvement projects as and when required. • Recommending enhancements and sim plification of existing Talent Acquisition processes and procedures based on experience with stakehold ers.\nLiving ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking ownership for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.\nQualifications for the role\nA Bachelor’s degree and a full-time/regular MBA with a specialization in HR are\nmandatory requirements for this position.\n1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition from a reputed organization\nProficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work in teams, within deadlines and be process oriented\nExperience in HR Shared Services for a Global Company will be an added advantage\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
