Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nCountry HR Lead Czech Republic & HRBP ELDS__\nYour role and responsibilities\nWe are looking for a new colleague to join our HR team in Brno, focusing on blue-collar recruitment and the related administrative agenda.\nIf you enjoy working with people, have recruitment experience, and speak English, let us know - we’d be happy to get in touch with you.\nThis is a part-time role (50%). \nThe work model for the role is: onsite\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nEnsuring a stable pipeline of candidates for production roles based on business needs\nCreating job advertisements, selecting the most effective sourcing channels, and handling related administrative tasks\nCommunicating with line managers and HRBPs on recruitment topics\nHR marketing, cooperation with technical secondary schools, participation in school events, and organizing site tours for elementary and secondary schools within the ABB factory\nMonitoring HR trends and proposing and implementing improvements\nPreparing and signing employment contracts for new hires\nSupporting the implementation of new processes, projects, and initiatives \n Qualifications for the role\nSecondary school education with a school-leaving exam\nEnglish at at level A2\nCzech or Slovak at a native level\nAt least 1 year of experience in recruitment within a manufacturing environment\nKnowledge of the Czech labor market and basic understanding of labor law\nDynamic and decisive personality with a proactive approach\nResilience, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with people\nKnowledge of MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nExperience with Workday is an advantage\nWhat's in it for you?\nWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
