Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis Position reports to:\nAccounting & Reporting Manager - General AccountingYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to manage complete, accurate, and timely completion of accounting activities for the assigned area (e.g., reporting, consolidation, etc.) within the General Accounting (GA) team. Each day, you will ensure compliance with internal guidelines, procedures, and external regulatory requirements. You will also showcase your experience by overseeing, reviewing, and/or supporting the month-end close process including account reconciliation, preparation of journal entries, balance sheet review, etc.\nThe work model for the role is: hybrid\nThis role is contributing to theFinance Business Function\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nOverseeing the preparation of financial statements in the appropriate format to include in timely filings with regulatory agencies.\nManaging Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance for specific areas (e.g., record- to-report, order-to-cash, etc.) to ensure that processes and controls are designed effectively and to address financial reporting.\nAnalyzing accounts, identifying discrepancies or anomalies for correction, and acting as an escalation contact for resolving accounting transactions and reporting questions.\nEnsuring transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.\nManage the team and delivery. \n\n Qualifications for the role (Mandatory) \nSound technical knowledge of US GAAP, SAP FICO module, HFM (Oracle), MS office and SAP GR/MR.\nDemonstrated experience managing teams.\nQualified B.com or M.com from a reputed college. Semi qualified CA, or CA.\nThe revised sentence is coherent, meaningful, and suitable as a drop-in replacement for the original sentence in American English.\nDemonstrated experience in finance transformation programs such as SAP implementation.\nCore Skills:\nAbility to assess challenges thoughtfully and resolve them effectively.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build positive working relationships.\nDemonstrated skill in managing complex situations and implementing process consistency.
