Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis Position reports to:\nDeputy Delivery Manager IntercompanyYour role and responsibilities:\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support activities in line with Intercompany P2P process. Each day, you will be responsible for P2P Intercompany activities as a team lead managing group of people You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.\nrole is contributing to the Finance in Bangalore-Hebbal.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nLeading global service delivery for assigned countries by accomplishing the targets (productivity, cost, customer satisfaction, SLAs) and ensure seamless transition without business disruption.\nMust have handled a team size of 20+ employees and open for working in shifts and provide leadership to delivery team on accounting of transactions for Intercompany in an accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.\nCreating a culture of delivery orientation, change management and professionalism in accounting both globally and locally in the Finance centers.\nDriving operational metrics performance management and responsible for people strategy (hiring, retention, training &development, performance management) and Driving projects globally with strong focus on simplification and efficiency gains\nManage inter-company transactions and reconciliations between multiple entities within the company and review and approve journal entries, invoices, and other financial transactions related to inter-company accounts to Work with various departments to resolve discrepancies and reconcile inter-company accounts\nPrepare and analyze inter-company account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items and participate in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes and work on invoice posting.\nAssist with the implementation of new inter-company accounting policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned by management\nQualifications of the Role:\nYou are highly skilled & should enjoy working with Account Payables, SAP , P2P, invoice posting with intercompany.\nAbility to demonstrate as 10+ relevant years’ experience in P2P of Accounts Payables or similar role in a global organization\nYou are passionate about Analytics skills, reporting skills analyzing financial reports\nDegree in Masters/ Bachelor's.\nYou are at ease communicating (verbal/written)\nMust have handled a team size of 15+ employees and open for working in shifts.\nMore about us\nFinance Services is ABB’s shared services organization which delivers operational and expert services in Finance, with employees based in five main hubs and front offices, finance service provides mainly Business services to ABB teams across the globe as well as supports with external customer inquiries.\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
