Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth.\nThe work model for the role is: The work model for the role is: #Li_Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Motion business based at Faridabad, India:\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nCreating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.\nParticipating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.\nEnsuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed\nObtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)\n10-15 years of experience in service sales (Drives/Motors/Industrial services)\nMinimum 3-5 years in team leadership role\nIndustrial segments (Steel, Cement, Oil & Gas, Power, Ports)\nLifecycle service sales and modernization\nMore about us\nABB Motion provides pioneering technology, products, solutions and related services to industrial customers to increase energy efficiency, improve safety and reliability, and maintain precise control over processes.
