Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nMarketing & Sales Manager__\nYour Role and Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will help run what runs the world by working with Installation Products within ABB Electrification - a business focused on electrical installation, protection, cable management and accessories used in industrial, commercial and transport applications.\nAs Product Specialist - Installation Products in Spain, you will be responsible for the product strategy, technical promotion and specification of installation-focused product ranges, working closely with end customers, OEMs, sales teams and distributors.\nThe position contributes to ABB Electrification - Installation Products, covering the following product families:\nCable management protection systems (PMA)\nCable management protection systems (Adaptaflex)\nScope & stakeholders\nGeographic scope: País Vasco, Navarra, La Rioja, Cantabria, Asturias, Galicia y Castilla y León.\nMain stakeholders: Railway and machine building stakeholders, OEMs, sales teams, distributors.\nWork model: #LI-hybrid\nYour key responsibilities\nDefine and implement the local product marketing strategy (Products, Price, Place, Promotion).\nActively promote strategic product ranges (PMA, Adaptaflex) and drive product adoption with OEMs and key accounts in railway and machine building applications.\nCreate and communicate clear value propositions for installation and protection solutions, adapted to OEMs and distributors.\nDeliver product training and technical-commercial support to Sales teams and customers.\nServe as a technical reference for installation-related products within the organization.\nOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.\nQualifications for the role\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (electrical specialization) or Advanced Vocational Training with experience in electrical installations or projects.\nExperience or strong interest in electrical installation products, accessories, protection and cable management.\nAbility to translate installation-focused technical products into clear and compelling value propositions.\nStrong communication skills and confidence working with engineering firms and sales teams.\nCommercial mindset combined with technical credibility.\nProven experience in railway and/or machine building sectors is highly valued.\nWillingness to travel through the assigned geographic scope.\nFluent Spanish and good level of English.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
