Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nService Sales Support Manager__\nYour Role and Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.\nIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.\n- Work model: #LI-hybrid\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nOffering technical advice and providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB’s products/systems/applications in Electrification business.\nProviding technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.\nPerforming analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs; and proposing the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries, in Low and Medium Voltage.\nDelivering product/solution/service-related training; and supporting the managers in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish.\nOur Team Dynamics\nOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.
