Técnico Facilities HVAC

Objetivo del puesto

Realizar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en instalaciones, equipos eléctricos y sistemas de climatización, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento, continuidad operativa y cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad establecidos.

Perfil y requisitos

  • Carrera técnica en Electricidad, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica, Aire Acondicionado o áreas afines.
  • Diplomados o especialización en climatización y sistemas HVAC (deseable).
  • Experiencia en mantenimiento de equipos de aire acondicionado, sistemas centrales y minisplit.
  • Conocimientos en instalaciones eléctricas y mantenimiento general de instalaciones.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos

  • Manejo de multímetro para mediciones y diagnósticos eléctricos.
  • Conocimientos básicos en el uso de computadora.
  • Experiencia en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de sistemas HVAC, aire acondicionado central y minisplit.
  • Interpretación y lectura de diagramas eléctricos.
  • Conocimiento en instalaciones eléctricas de 110 V, 220 V y 440 V.
  • Fundamentos de electricidad y diagnóstico de fallas eléctricas.
  • Conocimientos básicos de mecánica y neumática.
  • Identificación de fallas y ejecución de acciones correctivas en equipos e instalaciones.
