In this role, you will be responsible for the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of tooling and equipment critical to our production operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nFabricate and maintain punch press tooling, including dies, punches, and related components\nPerform injection mold maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting\nOperate and set up a variety of machine tools including:Bridgeport Mills\nManual Lathes\nSurface Grinders\nSinker EDM\n\nRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications\nMaintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards throughout all machining operations\nCollaborate with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives\nRequired Qualifications\nProven experience in a tool room machinist or similar role\nHands-on proficiency with Bridgeport mills, manual lathes, surface grinders, and Sinker EDM\nDemonstrated experience in punch press tool fabrication\nWorking knowledge of injection mold maintenance and repair\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with CNC mill and/or lathe programming, setup and operation.\nFamiliarity with CAD/CAM software\nVocational/technical training or apprenticeship in machining or tool & die\nBenefits:\nMedical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k) w/match, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Discount Program, FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, AD&D Insurance, STD & LTD, Vacation, Sick & Time Away, Parental Leave, Referral Program, Tuition Reimbursement.\nWe value people from different backgrounds.
