Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.\nYour role and responsibilities: \nRead and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and design specifications to set up, manufacture, and modify tooling components to required tolerances.\n\nOperate, calibrate, and maintain toolroom equipment including lathes, mills, grinders, and drills to fabricate, repair, and finish tools and die components.\n\nInspect, troubleshoot, assemble, repair, and test tools and dies to minimize downtime, support production continuity, and respond to equipment breakdowns.\n\nDrive continuous improvement, tooling efficiency, and scrap reduction initiatives; maintain accurate records in SAP, follow standard repair procedures, and report recurring equipment issues.\n\nQualifications for the role:\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a Tool & Die Maker with demonstrated expertise in toolroom and machining operations.\n\nProficient in operating drills, lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other precision metalworking equipment.\n\nStrong knowledge of die assembly, die operation, troubleshooting, and repair in a manufacturing environment.\n\nProven ability to perform complex mathematical calculations using geometry, trigonometry, and algebra.\n\nSolid understanding of metallurgy and metal properties, including material selection and performance characteristics.\n\nEffective team player with strong communication skills; able to collaborate with engineers and machinists while working independently with minimal supervision.\n\nWhat's in it for you\nWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
