Supporting Travel & Expense operations for LATAM and Europe, you will ensure efficient processes, policy compliance, and positive employee experience.\nThis opportunity is ideal for an early-to-mid career professional with hands-on Travel & Expense experience and exposure to SAP Concur implementations, process transformations, or system enhancements within a global environment.\nThe work model for the role is: Hybrid\nGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.\nThis role is supporting LATAM and Europe operations within the ABB Robotics.\n Key Responsibilities\nAct as the primary T&E point of contact for LATAM and selected European countries.\nSupport SAP Concur implementations, rollouts, and process improvement initiatives.\nGather business requirements and translate them into scalable T&E solutions, policy improvements, and reporting.\nDrive compliance with company travel policies, audit controls, and expense management standards.\nAnalyze T&E data, track KPIs/SLAs, and provide actionable insights to improve service delivery.\nManage escalations and coordinate resolution with global teams and cross-functional partners (Finance, HR, IT, Audit).\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\nSolid background in T&E operations within a multinational, Shared Services, or global environment.\n3 to 5 years of hands-on SAP Concur experience - implementation, rollout, or optimization projects.\nExposure to acquisitions, organizational changes, or system migrations is a plus.\nExperience with corporate card administration, expense auditing, and travel booking platforms.\nStrong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\nFluent in English and Spanish.\nProject or change management experience in a global setting.\n We also offer our employees the following benefits:\nPerformance Bonus\nSaving fund\nPaid parental leave\nLife insurance\nRetirement plan\nHealth and dental insurance\nWellbeing program\nFlex days\nEmployee Assistance Program (PAE)\nAccess to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)\nWe value people from different backgrounds.
