You will play a key role in supporting business continuity, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading a high-performing team.\nWe are looking for a resilient and proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces continuous change, and can effectively guide teams through operational challenges while maintaining high levels of performance and engagement.\nThe work model for the role is: On site\nGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.\nThis role is contributing to the ELSP (Smart Power) Business at our site in Monterrey 3.0, Mexico.\n Key Responsibilities:\nLead all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.\nEnsure inventory accuracy through effective inventory management practices and timely system transactions.\nDevelop, coach, and lead warehouse personnel to achieve safety, quality, service, and productivity objectives.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and waste elimination.\nCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers, carriers, production, and customer service teams.\nManage warehouse capacity, labor planning, equipment utilization, and operating budgets.\nMonitor and achieve key warehouse performance indicators (KPIs).\nEnsure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.\nSupport uninterrupted production and customer deliveries through effective material flow management.\nChampion a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.\n Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\n6+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.\nProven experience leading warehouse teams in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.\nExperience with inventory control, warehouse optimization, and logistics processes.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nFamiliarity with IMMEX and C-TPAT requirements.\nAdvanced English communication skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.\nDemonstrated resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in environments undergoing frequent operational changes and shifting priorities.\nProactive and self-motivated leader with strong stress management skills, capable of making sound decisions and maintaining team engagement in demanding situations.\nWhat benefits we also offer our employees:\nPerformance Bonus\nSaving fund\nPaid parental leave\nLife insurance\nRetirement plan\nHealth and dental insurance\nWellbeing program\nFlex days\nEmployee Assistance Program (PAE)\nAccess to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
