Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nLocal Division Manager ELSE__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse. Each day, you will develop and manage warehouse operations to effectively control the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products, systems, and services to customers. You will also showcase your expertise by proposing and managing the annual warehouse budget.\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the ELSE Division /Electrification Business area in South Africa.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nOperating within the approved budget and managing the warehouse staff activities to optimize resource utilization and determines corrective actions for cost-related issues as necessary.\nImproving warehouse operations using lean practices.\nPlanning and optimizing warehouse utilization and inventory.\nMonitoring the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders and keeping stock control systems up to date; and overseeing stock control and processing orders.\nQualifications for the role\nYou are immersed in working with Mining, Oil & Gas, Industry, Utilities market\n10 - 15 years of experience in MV & LV Switchgear factory production and equipment service\n(OPTIONAL: working with Reyrolle Switchgear\nPossess an enhanced knowledge of SAP and Material Planning\nYou are passionate about leadership\nDegree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering\nYou are at ease communicating in English\nYou hold current EB driving licenses valid in South Africa\nWhat's in it for you?\nWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
