Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nSupport Services Specialist__\nIn this role, you will execute warehousing activities for incoming and outgoing goods. Here, your work creates impact you can see and feel, every day.\nYour Role and Responsibilities\nIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.\nEnsure all warehousing operations, including packing, storage, replenishment, picking, loading and dispatch, are carried out safely, efficiently and within required timescales.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date data within the ERP system.\nLiaise daily with suppliers to support operational requirements and resolve any issues.\nManage the calibration and movement of test equipment, ensuring certification records are maintained and up to date.\nMaintain PAT testing records for engineers and all electrical equipment at the ABB Coalville facility.\nEnsure compliance with ABB policies, procedures, the Code of Conduct, and all relevant statutory and internal regulations.\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational success.\nWork model: onsite\nQualifications for the Role\nPrevious experience within a warehouse, logistics, supply chain or stores environment.\nExperience using ERP systems for inventory, stock management and reporting purposes.\nKnowledge of inventory control and stock accuracy processes.\nExperience managing supplier relationships and coordinating with external vendors.\nFamiliarity with test equipment calibration processes and certification management.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\nGood communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.\nBenefits\nABB offers a full range of benefits to help you thrive at work and beyond.\nCompetitive salary\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays\nCompetitive contributory pension scheme\nLife assurance\nFlexible benefits scheme (Includes options to buy/sell holidays, health checks, dental, eye care, gym memberships, cycle to work, gadget discounts and more)\nInternal mobility opportunities, mentorships & access to projects globally\nEmployee Assistance Programme\nGenerous employee referral scheme\nFor the 6th consecutive year ABB UK has been recognised as a Top Employer in UK.
