Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nWarehouse/Internal Logistics Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee warehouse operations, manage a team of employees who receive, handle, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services to customers. Each day, you will establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.\nThe work model for the role is:#LI-Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca.\n You will be mainly accountable for:\nSupervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.\n\nLead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.\n\nOptimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.\n\nInvestigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, or delays in shipments.\n\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, and productivity.\n\n Qualifications for the role:\nBachelor´s Degree in Logistics, industrial engineering or related.\n\n5+ years of experience in warehouse management.\n\nSkilled in SAP\n\nGood knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 16001, 45001).\n\nExtensive experience in daily warehouse operations and inventory control.\n\nProven experience leading warehouse optimization and improvement projects.\n\nGood understanding of material handling devices used in warehouse operations.\n\nStrong knowledge of Quality tools such as AMEF, 8Ds, 5W´s etc.\n\nAdvanced English level.\n\nMore about us\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
