Each day, you will establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite\n\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business at Apodaca.\n You will be mainly accountable for:\nSupervisor guidelines compliance.\nEstablishes or adjusts work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow.\nDevelops and maintains departmental work instructions for all tasks.\nRecommend measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment.\nEnsures set productivity and Key Performance Indication (KPI) targets are met by motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce.\nQualifications for the role:\nBachelor´s Degree in Engineering.\n2+ years of experience working in similar roles. \nSkilled in SAP and Microsoft Excel.\nSolid knowledge of Logistic Regulations such as CTPAT & OEA.\nIntermediate English level. \nProven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate effectively and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.\nMore about us\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
