Each day, you will lead and support your team to ensure efficient warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, enforce safety standards, and coordinate the timely receipt and dispatch of goods. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying process improvements, training team members, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.\nThe work model for the role is on-site position based in Senatobia, MS. The hours for this position areFriday - Sunday; 6am - 6pm CST.\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power division in the United States.\nKey Responsibilities\nOptimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization and supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping operations.\n\nCoding and preparing proper receipt/dispatch paperwork.\n\nEnsuring maintenance of equipment and facilities and identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.\n\nRecommending measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment; and ensuring stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting.\n\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n\n4+ years of manufacturing production supervisory experience required.\n\nAttention to detail, time efficiency, and utilization of manpower.\n\nGood computer skills including Microsoft Office.\n\nKnowledge and understanding of an ERP system, SAP highly preferred.\n\nCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.\n\nMore about us\nABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
