Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nGlobal Project Operations Manager__\nKey responsibilities\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nOwning global LVS data collection and ensuring accurate, timely acquisition from multiple sources.\nAnalyzing operational and project-execution processes to improve data availability, accuracy, and reporting standards.\nBenchmarking KPIs and analyzing drivers of operational performance across LVS and ABB.\nDeveloping, maintaining, and continuously improving Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.\nProviding management with decision-oriented insights on trends, risks, variations, and recommended actions.\nSupporting operational reporting, the annual budget process, and SAP improvement or transformation projects.\nDriving deployment and adoption of standardized reporting solutions across LVS locations.\nCoordinating with factories, process owners, data owners, and analytics teams to resolve data-quality issues.\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor's degree in Data Analytics or a related field; proven data-analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment\nKnowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office; dashboard and automated-reporting development; data validation and quality controls; KPI benchmarking; operational and project-execution analysis; basic financial and budget knowledge.\nSAP SD, MM, or PS experience is desirable\nFluent English skills, both written and spoken\nStrong communication and collaboration across cross-functional, international teams\nAbility to work independently and drive data-based decisions\nPerformance-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset\nForward-looking approach and willingness to challenge the status quo\nHigh safety, integrity, and compliance standards\nAbility to work transparently and effectively under time pressure\nInterested in joining our team?
