This is an onsite position.\nThe Accounts Payable Finance Associate is responsible for the performance of full purchase cycle processing and other accounting duties as assigned.\nWhat You'll Work On:\nProcess invoices for entry to ensure prompt payment of vendor invoices received by mail and email.\nProcess 3-way match invoices.\nReview all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. \nEnter invoices for payment, and ensure proper period is expensed for month close. \nPrepare weekly payments by check, match with supporting documents and mail in a timely manner.\nEnsure proper filing and storage of invoices, supporting documentation and payment.\nSet up and maintain supplier accounts in the ERP system; ensure proper tax documents are received, validated, and properly stored.\nMaintain effective relationships with business partners and suppliers.\nAssist suppliers and employees with inquiries about their invoices and payment.\nResearch, track and resolve issues and discrepancies.\nReconciliation and entry of multiple monthly Corporate Purchasing credit cards.\nProcess and enter Sunshine Act payments into database.\nEnsure the system of internal controls related to purchasing cycle, that are established in the Finance Policies and Procedures are followed.\nGeneral assistance to Finance team, will be a variety of office tasks and will vary based on need. \nRequired Qualifications:\n2 Year / Associate Degree\n3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Epicor experience is a plus.\nMust be organized and detail oriented.\nExperience working in a high-volume environment with tight deadlines.\nComputer skills using Microsoft Office software- Strength in excel is important to succeed in role.\nSelf- motivated to problem solve and research discrepancies\nLearn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives: www.abbottbenefits.com\nFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
