You will gain hands-on exposure to employee lifecycle processes, including employee documentation, contract administration, and offboarding activities. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders across multiple countries while contributing to the delivery of a positive employee experience and operational excellence.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPrepare HR documents, including Employee Verification Letters and Service Anniversary Letters.\nSupport employee lifecycle processes, including offboarding and contract administration.\nMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.\nEnsure timely and accurate completion of assigned HR transactions.\nAssist with HR reporting, data validation, and audit activities.\nSupport employee inquiries through designated HR service delivery channels, ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience.\nProvide support for live HR operations and service channels based on business needs and under appropriate guidance.\nSupport process improvement initiatives within the HR Service Center.\nCollaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders across the APAC region.\nProvide administrative and project support as required.\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.\nProactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.\nAble to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.\n* Please note that this is an internship role with a requirement of minimum 10 weeks intership\nLocation\nThis position is based in Selangor, Malaysia.\nFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
