This includes performing calibration activities and maintaining instrumentation to support reliable production operations.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCalibration Instrumentation\nPrepare and perform calibration of instruments according to the Maximo system schedule.\nPerform calibration activities and update calibration instruments in the Maximo system.\nApply the applicable Calibration Tag to all calibrated and non-calibrated instruments.\nEnsure all instruments are operating properly, calibrated, and troubleshoot instruments in accordance with Engineering Best Practices.\nMaintain Master or Standard Instruments and ensure records are updated in the Maximo system.\nCalibration Documentation\nEnsure all Calibration Test Records (CTR) are uploaded into Maximo work orders and that work orders are closed according to schedule.\nDownload and back up electronic databases related to instruments within the Engineering Department.\nEnsure all calibration documentation is maintained in the Maximo system according to work order requirements.\nEHS Compliance\nEnsure calibration activity programs comply with all relevant Environmental, Health and Safety regulations.\nRequirements\nBachelor Degree.\nAdaptability, Initiative, Innovation, Integrity, and Team-work.\nUnderstanding of the correlation between cGMP, Calibration Metrology, and EHS across Engineering functions.\nFamiliar with Maximo system.\nSkills in General Instrument Calibration and Troubleshooting.\nLocation\nThis position is based in Cimanggis, Indonesia.\nFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
