A key component of this role is working with large, complex data sets to ensure accurate program setup, patient eligibility verification, and downstream operational readiness. The coordinator partners closely with internal teams-including Revenue Cycle, Customer Care, Customer Success (CSMs), Customer Experience (CX), and the Lab-to intake, validate, and coordinate new care gap program orders. This includes analyzing customer-submitted files, identifying data quality issues, interpreting business rules, and transforming raw data into actionable inputs that support accurate ordering, communications, and program execution. Additionally, this role will take on sole ownership of specific responsibilities that support the execution & tracking of individual care gap programs and/or our program as a whole.\nEssential Duties and Proven Skills\nInclude but are not limited to the following:\nValidate customer data files against required Cologuard ordering fields. When data is incomplete or inaccurate, proactively work with the appropriate Customer Success Manager to secure corrected inputs.\nUse Tableau and Epic to run various reports to be shared out with internal stakeholders\nNotify Patient and Provider Support of new bulk orders, including information relevant to call center when patients or providers call in with questions. \nBecause most care gap programs are received in spreadsheet form, expertise with Microsoft Excel is required.\nExecute various ad hoc requests\nStrong proof-reading skills to ensure error-free communications.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement within Gap Closure Program Execution team.\nExhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new assignments as they are identified.\nSelf-motivated and capable of working with autonomy to drive progress on multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nDemonstrated success creating and delivering on a long-term vision and roadmap based on customer and business needs.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to align stakeholders at various levels of the organization.\nAbility to set expectations & uphold them based on documented or communicated guidelines.\nFlexible toward change and can accept change to achieve objectives.\nUphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.\nRegular and reliable attendance.\nAbility to work on a designated schedule.\nAbility to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.\nAbility to travel 5% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or field related to job duties; or High School Degree/General Education Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of bachelor's degree.\n2+ years of operational or other related experience.\nExpertise in Excel, including use of pivot table function.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\nDemonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.\nAuthorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience with Exact Sciences’ (Abbott) Gap Closure Program.\nPrior experience with revenue cycle or health insurance reimbursement.\nPrior experience working with Tableau.\nPrior experience with Epic software\nPrior experience with Monday.com\nWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
