Commercial Delivery Solutions Senior Analyst – Application Management Services
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Commercial Delivery Solutions Senior Analyst - Application Management Services plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of business-critical commercial applications, with a primary focus on Salesforce and Veeva Vault platforms.
This role operates on a global scale, supporting multiple businesses/divisions with a primary focus on Commercial Delivery Solutions support services. And it is responsible for supporting day-to-day application operations, managing incidents and enhancements, and partnering closely with Business Relationship Manager (BRM), business stakeholders, delivery teams, and support teams to ensure applications consistently meet business needs and service level expectations.
Operating within a global CDS support model, the Senior Analyst serves as a techno-functional liaison between BRM, business users, development teams, and external partners. The role translates business issues and operational requirements into effective support actions, configuration changes, and minor enhancements, while ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security controls, data privacy requirements, and quality and compliance expectations within a regulated environment.
The Senior Analyst identifies, assesses, guides, and implements continuous improvements that include people, process and technology. Exploring opportunities across supported platforms to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and decision-making. Helping business and IT partners evaluate feasibility, value, and risk of these opportunities.
Through strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and customer focus, the Senior Analyst enables business continuity, user satisfaction, and safe evolution of commercial applications. The role supports ongoing modernization by leveraging platform capabilities, automation, AI, and standardized support practices to improve service quality, reduce risk, and enhance the overall effectiveness of Commercial Delivery Solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Years of experience: Overall, 5-7 years of experience
- Any industry-specific experience needed: Salesforce, Veeva Vault and/or enterprise commercial application delivery and support, with a strong focus on Application Management Services (AMS), production support, and DevOps operational excellence within a global delivery model. Demonstrated experience supporting business critical applications across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
Other qualifications/certifications:
- AI, Automation & Innovation Exposure
- Experience identifying, assessing, or supporting AI enabled and automation opportunities within enterprise applications, such as process automation, intelligent insights, or operational analytics is preferred. Ability to evaluate AI use cases in partnership with business and IT stakeholders, with an emphasis on feasibility, value, and risk within a regulated enterprise context.
- Regulated Environment & Compliance Experience
- Experience working in highly regulated industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare is strongly preferred. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance expectations including SOX, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11, and experience supporting validation, audit readiness, and compliant operational practices.

- Demonstrated ability to act as a techno functional partner to business stakeholders, Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), delivery teams, and vendors. Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective operational and support solutions.
- Communication & Collaboration Skills
- Advanced to fluent English communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and collaborate effectively with global, English speaking teams. Experience working in distributed, multi pod, and cross functional environments. Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus but not required.
