Our 122,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.JOB DESCRIPTION:\nThe Opportunity\nThis position supports our Madison, WI locations within the Cancer Diagnostics business.\nAs a Dishwasher, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen by washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, utensils, equipment, and food preparation areas. You'll support day-to-day food service operations through strong attention to cleanliness, organization, teamwork, and hospitality.\nWhat You'll Work On\nWash, sanitize, and restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items to support continuous food service operations. \nClean and sanitize kitchen equipment, appliances, preparation stations, cook stations, and other food-service work areas in accordance with sanitation and safety standards. \nMaintain clean floors and waste areas by sweeping, mopping, removing trash, rinsing garbage cans, and responding promptly to spills or broken items. \nSupport additional cleaning and sanitization needs while providing professional, service-focused support to employees, customers, and team members. \nFollow food-service safety, sanitation, Quality Management System, attendance, and workplace procedures while contributing effectively in a fast-paced team environment. \nRequired Qualifications\nBasic computer skills, including internet navigation, email, and word processing. \nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications. \nStrong customer service, communication, attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to work a designated schedule, including nights and/or weekends, and overtime as needed. \nAbility to stand for approximately 90% of a typical working day and lift up to 40 pounds for approximately 20% of a typical working day. \nAbility to perform physical tasks including grasping, pinching, turning, and reaching above shoulder height. \nAuthorization to work in the United States without sponsorship and demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. \nPreferred Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). \nOne (1) or more years of experience in food service, hospitality, customer service, or a related field. \nWorking knowledge of sanitation procedures. \nThe base pay for this position is\n$14.85 -
