You will have access to:\nCareer development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of.\nA company recognized as a great place to work in dozens of countries around the world and named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune.\nA company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists.\nThe Opportunity\nThis position is located in Israel, Haifa.\nRole Purpose:\nWe are looking for Electrical/Hardware Engineer that will support design, development and testing of Electrophysiology Medical Systems for Navigation, Mapping and Ablation.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nPerform the layout, construction, and evaluation of a variety of prototype Printed Circuit Boards, fixtures, and tools.\nConduct evaluations, tests and analyses related to feasibility and function.\nApply engineering and scientific principles to the evaluation and solution of technical problems.\nPerform troubleshooting and fault isolation activities.\nDocument development work with specifications, schematics and PCB layout to support document control and product release.\nConduct measurements specified in design verification plans and provides engineering test reports.\nMaintain positive and cooperative communication and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors. \nRequired Qualifications\nUniversity degree: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.\nAt least 7 years’ experience in board design.\nAnalog and digital circuitry design experience.\nWork experience in the Medical Device industry or other highly regulated industry.\nFluent in English and local language both verbal and written.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFPGA design, preferably writing in Verilog for Intel Altera components.\nExperience in passing products EMC and safety compliance.\nPersonal Skills\nAbility to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.\nMultitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.\nSelf-disciplined and striving to understand and solve technical issues from the root.\nTakes ownership and operates independently with generally defined expectations.\nStrong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to details.\nStrong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.\nDemonstrated ability to understand and comply with applicable FDA regulations and company operating procedures, processes, policies and tasks.\nAbility to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.\nDemonstrated personal computer skills, including spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and specialized applications.\nApply Now with English CV\nFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
