Responsible to provide professional ER guidance to employees’ leaders and employees to minimize a negative impact of labor matters, compliance with all relevant country laws, regulations and internal global policies.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvides orientation on labor relations matters to people leaders including people management and disciplinary processes such as Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process, misconduct, workplace rules, among others.\nExecute employee terminations legal compliance on documentation and employee experience. Guarantee employee’s files according to process and exit interviews. Including process and review of required payments and documents with corresponding areas such as payroll.\nPlanning and execution of programs and processes related to Employee Relations\nIdentification of opportunities to improve labor practices and provide recommendations.\nCollaborate with external labor consultants to ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations and make,share recommendations to HR and management.\nAssist to develop and update policies, processes, guides, programs and tools applicable to align the organization in legal and regulatory compliance and Abbott’s standards. Support its communication, implementation and training across the company.\nAssist and participate on internal investigations related to personnel and regulatory compliance.\nAssist and analyze internal ER and HR metrics to share with HR for decision making.\nContribute with proposals for preventive actions and process improvements to reduce labor conflicts and strengthen organizational environment.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nAnticipate, Proactive,\nAdaptability to different leadership styles and multiple customers at the same time.\nGood communication skills.\nNegotiation skills.\nOrganized and knows how to prioritize. \nTolerance to stress.\nAble to manage different projects and demands at the same time.\nAble to work in a matrix environment.\nAnalysis of information to withdraw right conclusions for problem resolution and plan creation.\nInitiative, Innovation, Integrity, Teamwork.\nExperience.\n3 years of experience as Labor Relations, Administer and monitor collective and individual labor contracts.
