As part of this mission-driven organization, you'll play a critical role in supporting the facilities, infrastructure, and environmental health and safety programs that enable the manufacturing of life-changing medical technologies.\nThe Opportunity\nAbbott's Cardiac Rhythm Management division is seeking a leader to oversee Facilities, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Operational Excellence initiatives at our manufacturing site. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient operating environment while driving continuous improvement across facilities, maintenance, and EHS functions.\nThe successful candidate will lead teams responsible for facilities and EHS operations, support site reliability and infrastructure needs, manage budgets and projects, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Facilities, EHS, and Operational Excellence activities in support of site objectives.\nManage teams with a focus on execution, policy implementation, operational effectiveness, and employee engagement.\nEnsure proper maintenance and reliability of facility systems, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure.\nSupport troubleshooting and resolution of facility-related issues to minimize downtime and business disruptions.\nEstablish and maintain strong safety and housekeeping practices throughout the site.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, cost, efficiency, and sustainability.\nEvaluate and optimize facility, office, and production layouts to support operational requirements, building codes, and safety regulations.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and health and safety requirements.\nManage departmental budgets and ensure activities are executed within approved financial targets.\nPartner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other stakeholders to support manufacturing and business objectives.\nMonitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nAssociate's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in Facilities, Maintenance, Environmental Health & Safety, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field.\nExperience leading teams and supporting operational initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nExperience managing facility systems, maintenance programs, EHS initiatives, or operational excellence projects.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related discipline.\nExperience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience managing capital projects, contractors, and facility improvement initiatives.\nStrong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and compliance programs.\nWhat You'll Bring\nStrong leadership and team development capabilities.\nExcellent problem-solving and project management skills.\nAbility to influence and collaborate across multiple functional areas.\nData-driven decision-making and continuous improvement mindset.\nCommitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace.\nJoin Abbott's Cardiac Rhythm Management team and help create and maintain the environment that enables the development and manufacture of technologies that improve the lives of patients worldwide.\nThe base pay for this position is\n$129,300.00 - $258,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.\nJOB FAMILY:\nFacilities & MaintenanceDIVISION:\nCRM Cardiac Rhythm ManagementLOCATION:\nUnited States > Scottsdale : 8300 E.
