labor time).\nSchedule and perform planned/predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) activities.\nSchedule, perform and document hardware and software updates (TSBs).\nAssist with instrument installations and deinstallations.\nSuccess in this role is measured by customer satisfaction score (NPS), service KPI achievement, and economic growth and profitability per district.\nTravel within the service area.\nProfile:\nBachelor’s/Engineering degree in Medical, Electrical, Mechanical, Biology, or Biomedical Technology is preferred.\nProven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references.\nSuccessful engagement with customers, specifically laboratory staff.\nTechnical expert for product line responsibility.\nStrong communication skills.\nAbility to identify and drive resolution of issues.\nStrong experience in the use of analytical tools and software.\nGood computer skills.\nGood English skills, both written and spoken. \nThe base pay for this position
