# HR Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION: MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE Supports HR operations and organizational effectiveness initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including workforce analytics, basic employee relations, HR projects follow up and other employee related experience initiatives as assigned. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Employee Lifecycle Management Manage workforce lifecycle management activities including onboarding, contract renewal, transfer, movement and offboarding processes. Employee Relations & Labor Compliance Conduct exit interviews and attrition analysis to identify workforce trends and turnover drivers. Support employee relations cases and labor arbitration activities through evidence preparation, documentation management and process coordination. Coordinate employment documentation and process administration related to employee movements, contract amendments and relocation agreements. Talent Initiatives support Support talent review initiatives including 180°/360° assessments, assessment result analysis, feedback sessions and talent review documentation.
