We focus on strengthening cybersecurity, identity governance, and digital transformation to support better health outcomes worldwide.\nThe Opportunity\nThis position is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, supporting our IT / Digital Identity & Access Management function.\nAs the IAM Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform for US & Europe region, with a primary focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). You will contribute to centralizing access lifecycle management, strengthening governance processes, and ensuring compliance through effective monitoring, reporting, and integrations.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nSupport and maintainSailPoint IdentityIQ integrations, including onboarding new applications and managing entitlement mappings\n\nExecute and support system integrations (CSV/file-based, API, and database integrations) while collaborating with application and infrastructure teams\n\nMonitor IAM operations, track KPIs, and resolve issues related totask failures, provisioning errors, and aggregations\n\nPerformServiceNow reporting and analysis, including aging reports for incidents, change requests, and access tickets\n\nSupporttesting activities, including UAT and regression testing, and maintain clear documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, and integration designs\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\n\n3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)\n\nHands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)\n\nStrong understanding of IAM concepts, including JML processes, RBAC, provisioning workflows, and access governance\n\nExperience with application integrations (connected and disconnected systems)\n\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow reporting and ticket management\n\nExperience supporting testing (UAT, regression) and documenting technical processes\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience withAzure AD, Azure PIM andSQL queries\n\nExposure toaccess certification processes and compliance frameworks\n\nExperience working incompliance-driven IAM environments\n\nApply Now\nFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
