She/he will also be responsible for supporting on-market products post-launch.\nFor this role the presence in the Milan Office 4 days per week is mandatory\nCore Job Responsibilities:\nServe as subject matter expert, define detailed requirements, analyze business needs by means of interviews, workflow analyses and facilitate discussions with users.\nPerform assessment of end users workflow and collect feedback during beta sites implementation and product familiarization studies.\nTranslate users' business requirements into detailed functional designs for development, testing and implementation.\nTranslate business and operational needs into measurable non-functional requirements, ensuring solutions meet performance, security, reliability, scalability, and compliance expectations.\nPrepare detailed specifications and related documentation.\nIdentify and communicate risks and issues impacting business rules, functional requirements and specifications.\nParticipate in managing the scope of applications and related changes.\nAssist quality assurance with functional test case review.\nCollaborate with stakeholders on the evaluation of the feasibility, effort and costs to implement requirements.\nCreate and execute user acceptance test plans for software changes and enhancements.\nPosition Accountability / Scope\nShe/he is accountable for leading product requirements within Scrum teams.\nThe individual will interact with project managers, product owners, and R&D leadership on project scope, timeline, risks and budget.\nThe individual will work as part of cross-functional teams in Global Marketing, Research & Development, Information Technology, Quality, Operations, Regulatory and Business Development to deliver informatics products.\nInteraction with R&D, end users and other teams requires traveling.\nMinimum Education\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Decision Sciences, or equivalent work experience.\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nFluent in English (read/write/speak).\nAt least 2-3 years of experience in documenting requirements, writing basic reports, modeling and providing oversight and support for On Market products.\nAt least 2 years of experience defining process workflow diagrams, process/functional requirements and user needs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nGood knowledge of laboratory environment. Experience in deployment and configuration of informatics solutions for laboratory is a plus.\nComputer proficiency with MS Office Suite: Excel, SharePoint, Visio, Project and Power Point.\nKnowledge of Jama and Atlassian suite is a plus.\nAbility to adapt quickly to changing business and technology needs.\nCollaborate effectively with internal team members.\nStandard language for most roles:\nApplies Systems Thinking: Optimizes solutions from a system point of view by considering the effect of any change on other parts of the systems and supporting functions.;
