This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to corporate strategy, executive leadership communications, cross-functional transformation initiatives, and business decision-making at a global level.\nWorking closely with the Strategy team and senior stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, R&D, Finance, and other functions, you will contribute to high-impact strategic projects and support leadership discussions that influence the future direction of the business. \nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the development of EPD's strategic agenda through research, analysis, and business insights. \nCollect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to support strategic decision-making. \nDevelop quantitative analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership teams. \nSupport the preparation of executive-level presentations, including leadership updates, strategic reviews, and steering committee materials. \nContribute to strategic assessments and cross-functional transformation projects across the organization. \nCollaborate with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, R&D, Finance, and additional business functions. \nCoordinate project activities, track milestones, prepare meeting materials, and follow up on key deliverables. \nConduct external research, competitive intelligence, and benchmarking analyses to support strategic discussions and business planning. \nRequired Qualifications:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Master's, or MBA degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field. \nStrong interest in corporate strategy, management consulting, business development, or general management. \nPrevious internship or project experience in strategy, consulting, finance, business analytics, or a related field is preferred. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets. \nAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools is an advantage. \nExcellent communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail. \nAbility to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups in an international environment. \nProactive mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. \nFluent English language skills, both written and spoken. \nWhy Join Abbott?\nAt Abbott, you can build a meaningful career while contributing to innovative healthcare solutions that improve lives around the world.\nThis internship offers:\nDirect exposure to strategic decision-making and senior leadership discussions. \nHands-on experience in corporate strategy and business transformation initiatives. \nCollaboration with senior stakeholders across multiple global business functions. \nDevelopment of analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills. \nExposure to high-impact projects with visibility across the organization. \nAn international and collaborative working environment. \nPotential future career opportunities within Abbott. \nInterested in joining us?
