Within Abbott Toxicology, we support organizations worldwide with trusted toxicology testing services, helping customers promote safer, healthier environments through reliable and actionable insights.\nThe Opportunity\nWe are looking for an International Service Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE.\nIn this role, you will support the successful delivery of international customer programmes by coordinating day-to-day service activities, managing customer requirements, and ensuring operational processes run smoothly. Working closely with customers, suppliers, external partners, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience and supporting continuous service improvement.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nCoordinate and support the day-to-day delivery of international customer programmes.\nAct as a central point of contact for customers, partners, suppliers, and internal teams.\nEnsure effective communication and follow-up of service-related activities and actions.\nProvide customer, operational, and administrative support to facilitate the resolution of enquiries and service requests.\nMaintain programme documentation, certifications, and customer records with accuracy and attention to detail.\nBuild strong stakeholder relationships and coordinate activities across multiple teams and locations.\nMonitor progress, identify issues, and escalate where appropriate.\nSupport process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.\nContribute to the ongoing success of the International Service Delivery function.\nQualifications\nDegree educated or equivalent professional experience.\nPrevious experience in service coordination, customer service, administration, or operational support is desirable.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and locations.\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on commitments.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.\nProactive and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment on issue escalation.\nAble to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international environment.\nFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
