The role partners with business and IT stakeholders to define objectives, coordinate resources, manage risks and communications, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with corporate and divisional requirements. The ITPM drives project governance, promotes effective collaboration across cross-functional teams, and ensures successful project outcomes that support business goals.\nCore Job Responsibilities\nInitiate and plan software development projects in collaboration with business and digital products leadership, defining project goals, objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.\nAssess project changes, issues, dependencies, and risks, and coordinate resolution with sponsors, stakeholders, and management.\nMonitor project performance, schedule, scope, quality, and budget against approved plans and reporting metrics.\nDevelop and execute project work plans, securing and coordinating required resources to achieve project objectives.\nLead project execution and closure activities, including lessons learned, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and final approvals.\nCommunicate project status, risks, decisions, and achievements through timely and accurate project reporting.\nCoordinate cross-functional resources and assign tasks based on skills, capacity, and project priorities.\nEnsure compliance with applicable corporate, divisional, quality, and IT governance policies and procedures.\nSupport larger programs or manage department-level projects with measurable business impact and associated risks.\nMake project-level decisions and influence budget utilization to achieve business objectives.\nFor this position is required the presence in the Milan office 4 days per week\nMinimum Education\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nRequired Qualifications / Experience:\nMinimum 3 years of project management, business systems analysis, or software development experience.\nExperience managing software development projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies, project controls, risk management, and stakeholder management.\nStrong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.\nFluent in English (read/write/speak).\nPreferred Qualifications / Experience:\nExperience working within global or matrix organizations.\nKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.\nProject Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).\nExperience with project portfolio management and reporting tools.\nKnowledge of Jama and Atlassian suite is a plus.\nFamiliarity with applications for medical devices, diagnostics, regulated environments.\nThe base pay for
