# IT Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: The IT Project Manager (ITPM) reports into the AlinIQ Product Research and Development organization and is responsible for leading, planning, executing, controlling, and closing IT projects within approved scope, budget, and schedule. The role partners with business and IT stakeholders to define objectives, coordinate resources, manage risks and communications, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with corporate and divisional requirements. The ITPM drives project governance, promotes effective collaboration across cross-functional teams, and ensures successful project outcomes that support business goals. Core Job Responsibilities Initiate and plan software development projects in collaboration with business and digital products leadership, defining project goals, objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables. Assess project changes, issues, dependencies, and risks, and coordinate resolution with sponsors, stakeholders, and management.
