In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive execution, manage risks, and deliver results that align with business objectives.\nWhat You'll Work On\nLead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to final implementation and closeout.\n\nDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business needs.\n\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and status reports.\n\nFacilitate project team meetings and provide ongoing project tracking, monitoring, and analysis.\n\nIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop effective mitigation strategies.\n\nEnsure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables for accuracy and completeness.\n\nCoordinate and manage vendor activities, including tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.\n\nProvide technical and analytical guidance to project team members and stakeholders.\n\nRecommend solutions to complex business and operational challenges and drive corrective actions when needed.\n\nServe as a subject matter expert on specific technologies, processes, or project management methodologies as applicable.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nMinimum of 4 years of project management, program management, or related experience.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExperience developing project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reporting.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.\n\nExperience managing project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential.\n\nExperience managing complex, enterprise-wide projects involving multiple stakeholders.\n\nFamiliarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).\n\nExperience collaborating with external vendors and third-party partners.\n\nKnowledge of technology implementations, systems integrations, or business transformation initiatives.\n\nAbility to serve as a subject matter expert within a specialized technical or functional area.\n\nStrong organizational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.\n\nLearn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives:www.abbottbenefits.com\nFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
