Acting as a trusted technical expert, you will work closely with laboratories, hospital IT departments, and Abbott colleagues to ensure successful project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.\nYou will:\nLead the implementation of Abbott Core Diagnostics software solutions at customer sites.\nEnsure IT implementation projects are delivered in line with agreed statements of work.\nConfigure, install and validate software applications and solutions\nDeliver product and application training to end users.\nProvide comprehensive technical support for Abbott informatics solutions.\nAct as a 3rd-level escalation point for complex technical issues\nCollaborate with Sales and Informatics colleagues to identify opportunities within existing customer accounts and support business growth.\nSupport the preparation of Statements of Work and technical project documentation.\nRecommend appropriate hardware solutions and liaise with third-party IT providers when required.\nBuild strong customer relationships and support long-term customer success.\nContribute to the optimisation and continuous improvement of Abbott informatics solutions and services.\nSupport procurement and tender processes through technical expertise and product knowledge.\nWhat You'll Bring\nWe're looking for someone who combines strong technical capabilities with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for healthcare technology.\nYou will ideally have:\nA Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.\nSeveral years of experience in healthcare IT, laboratory diagnostics, software implementation, or technical customer support.\nStrong knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and system integration concepts.\nExperience working directly with customers in a technical service or implementation role.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nA service-oriented and commercially minded approach\nThe ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.\nA willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.\nExperience within laboratory informatics, diagnostics, healthcare software, or medical technology would be highly advantageous.\nWhat Can We Offer You?\nAbbott offers a dynamic and international working environment where you can make a meaningful impact on patient care.
