Bids & Tenders Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bids & Tender Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the preparation and submission of public tenders, commercial offers, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

You will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders to help drive business opportunities and contribute to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tender documentation, commercial offers, requests, and other customer-related submissions.
• Analyze tender specifications and requirements to support competitive and compliant submissions.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to evaluate products, pricing, and commercial conditions.
• Liaise with customers when clarification is required regarding tender or offer details.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of tender documentation before submission.
• Communicate awarded tenders, pricing updates, and relevant contractual information to Customer Service and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain pricing related to tenders, contracts, and private offers.
• Support internal teams with questions related to tender processes and contractual agreements.
• Maintain organized records and archives in line with company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation and tender management processes.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or University Degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in tender management, commercial administration, customer support, or similar functions.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Integrity, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
