Overseeing the entire end-to-end process from planning to implementation for promotion activities. Strong understanding of brand equity is required to ensure the plan’s relevancy for the brands. Managing different stakeholders at different level is daily task as alignment is key in the company matrix organization.\nUnderstand brands’ equity, business and opportunities\nUnderstand channels’ landscape and opportunities\nPropose promotional ideas which fit with each brand at certain time\nAnalyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends\nLiaise with marketing teams to align promotional activities of a product category\nSecure approval from relevant stakeholders for implementation\nCollaborate with different functions for implementation supervision\nPropose forecasts for product demand to ensure the availability of inventory\nAssume responsibility of budget management for category\nJob Requirements\nBachelor's degree\nProven experience in brand or channel management\nSolid knowledge of below-the-line operation\nStrong collaboration and leadership skills\nProven characteristics in Attention to details & Follow through\nGood at English\nStrong in data analysis, analytical thinking and communication skills\nStrong ability to pay attention to details, scenario-planning & handle short-notice changes\nProficient in MS Office, High level in Excel
