We are hiring Finance Controller - Emerging Markets based in Dubai, UAE.

Reports To: Area Finance Director, EMEA
Position Summary
Financial Controller - Emerging Markets serves as the business partner to Emerging Markets leadership and is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, business performance management, internal controls, compliance, and strategic decision support across a portfolio of more than forty direct and distributor markets. The role drives profitable growth through robust financial analysis, commercial partnering, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
What You'll do:
Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership and commercial teams.
Support strategic decisions related to pricing, distributor management, investments, and market expansion.
Lead Latest Best Estimate (LBE), Organic Execution Model (OEM) and Scenario Analysis Modeling processes.
Provide management with timely financial reporting and business insights.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and ensure reporting accuracy.
Maintain a strong internal control environment and support internal and external audits.
Monitor working capital, cash flow, accounts receivable, and inventory performance.
Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
Support Integrated Business Planning and alignment of commercial, supply chain, and financial plans.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships
Develop finance talent.
Key Success Measures
Revenue and operating margin achievement, forecast accuracy, cash flow performance, compliance and audit outcomes, quality of financial reporting, productivity initiatives, and effectiveness of business partnership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Professional accounting qualification is preferred (CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent).
8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Controlling
Experience supporting multinational and geographically diverse markets
Healthcare/Medical Device industry experience are advantageous
