Office based position.\nAbout the role\nAs our Dangerous Goods Transport Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and compliant shipment of products across our global network.\nWhat makes this position unique is its combination of two key areas of responsibility:\nDay-to-day transport coordination and export operations\nOwnership and coordination of Dangerous Goods compliance activities\nYou will work closely with Customer Service teams, warehouse personnel, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure shipments are delivered efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with international regulations.\nKey Responsibilities\nTransport Coordination\nCoordinate and book export shipments with freight forwarders and carriers.\nPrepare and maintain shipping, export, customs, and transport documentation.\nMonitor and track shipments and proactively follow up on deliveries.\nResolve issues related to delayed, damaged, or lost shipments.\nSupport Customer Service teams with transportation-related requests.\nEnsure all shipping documentation, invoices, and records are complete and accurate.\nVerify transportation requirements, labels, and shipment information prior to dispatch.\nDangerous Goods Compliance\nAct as the local Dangerous Goods subject matter expert.\nEnsure compliance with international Dangerous Goods regulations, including IATA requirements and applicable road transport regulations.\nManage and maintain local DG procedures and programs.\nCoordinate Dangerous Goods training activities for warehouse and logistics employees.\nEnsure all relevant employees maintain valid DG certifications and required refresher training.\nSupport audits and inspections related to Dangerous Goods transportation.\nIdentify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions.\nMaintain DG-related data and processes in SAP and other logistics systems.\nEnsure local processes remain aligned with global DG requirements and standards.\nWho You Are\nWe're looking for an experienced professional who is comfortable combining operational logistics responsibilities with Dangerous Goods expertise.\nYou will ideally bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Transportation & Expedition is preferred\n3-5 years of experience within transport, logistics, export coordination, or supply chain operations.\nProven Dangerous Goods experience.\nValid IATA Dangerous Goods certification.\nStrong knowledge of international transportation and compliance requirements.\nSAP experience is highly desirable.\nProfessional fluency in English, both written and spoken.\nWe are looking for a strong communicator who is comfortable working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including freight forwarders, carriers, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has experience managing shipping documentation and transport-related processes, while maintaining a structured and detail-oriented approach to their work.
