Interfaces across multiple businesses and or countries and ensures compliance with all relevant country laws, regulations, policies and practices.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nResponsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.\nAssists Office of Ethics & Compliance and Security with investigations related to Employee Relations (ER)issues. \nEffectively and accurately maintains confidential ER data in both systems and paper files. \nEnsures professional service is provided at all times in accordance with the ER Service Level Agreement.\nIndependently resolves Tier 1 cases and manages Tier 2 with guidance from manager.\nUnderstands customer’s business and ER requirements.\nProactively brings forward solutions to address business requirements.\nMeets defined ER service level agreement.\nImplements solutions as directed and executes elements of defined projects.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree required.\n0-2+ years’ experience within a corporate HR environment\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills required.\nAbility to work confidentially and professionally with all levels of employees.\nSoftware knowledge a plus: Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel, Workday (or other system of record experience highly preferred), Salesforce (or other CRM experience highly preferred).\nBilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.\nLearn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives: www.abbottbenefits.com\nFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
