Primary Objective of Position\nThe incumbent is responsible for the promotion of Abbott EP Product lines through professional and technical support to both medical and sales personnel. This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott. This position’s primary function is to attend electrophysiology procedures and support any issues related to transcatheter ablation equipment.\n2. Roles & Responsibilities\nProvide technical support and assistance over the whole national territory to the sales force and physicians\nPerform product presentations and training on products utilization to customers\nSupport physicians during the enrolment and follow up phase of clinical studies\nProvide support to Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator and Clinical Department for any additional tasks and projects\nBe proactive in taking Abbott solution-oriented approach to customers\nPromptly communicate feedback/info on supported electrophysiology procedures\nPerform booth duty when required\nEnsure all Abbott standing Quality Procedures are followed\n3.
