The Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable will also be assigned with ad hoc tasks, and other relevant internal and external reporting necessary for the performance of the job.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAccounts payable processing\nICB monitoring\nCollating of hard copies of AP package for filing\nReconciling accounts with suppliers\nPetty cash management\nPrepare accounts schedules\nAccruals, reversals, and other monthly adjustments\nReporting to regulatory agencies such as Central Bank of the Philippines and Philippine Statistics Office\nRequirements\nWell versed with the BPCS system or other accounting systems\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.\nHas experience in the review of financial reporting\nAssigned in majority of the job specifications above\nAt least 3 years work experience\nExpertise in preparing and analyzing various reports\nKeen to details, able to work in a team environment, good organizational skills, and has a multi-tasking ability\nStrong communication skills\nProject management skills\nCommitment to meet deadlines and accept additional responsibilities based on the exigencies of the job\nBachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate and other related
